1. What is your main objective in bundling your works with other authors?

I felt very privileged to be able to join such a talented group of authors in creating a book set where the profits go to PETS for VETS. My brother was a Vietnam War Vet, one of the many who didn’t survive Agent Orange. I’m proud of him and his service to our country. I love having the opportunity to help out our veterans.

2. What blogging, newsletter and social media promotions have you done to promote LUF?

I have done everything I can think of to promote the book set. It has been featured in my newsletters six times. I’m running two Facebook ads for the book set. It’s been promoted on numerous sites and it’s been set up to be promoted on other sites. Some of my other author friends who are not part of the book set have been generous about featuring the book set in their newsletters. All of the book set authors are working diligently to promote the book set on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and through other social media sites.

3. Most authors require a large time commitment just in writing and editing a new book. Was this your first book set, a new book was required with a deadline?

I have six published books. Love Under Fire is my first book set. Since I loved the goal to raise money for PETS for VETS so much, I immediately stopped working on a book in progress and dug into writing a romantic suspense novella for the book set. I was so enthusiastic about the book set project that Diamonds and Lies was finished and edited in plenty of time to meet the deadline.
